TEST & MEASUREMENT IN EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY

This book aims to provide a practical understanding of Test and Measurement in Exercise Physiology. 3rd,4th,5th & 6th Experiments aims to Measure the Cardiovascular Efficiency through Forestry Step Test, to Measure the Physiology Fitness  through Harvard Step Test, to Measure the Aerobic Capacity through Cooper's Run/Walk Test and to Mrasure the Anaerobic Power through Vertical jump Test.

7th & 8th Experiments aims to Measure the Vital Capacity of Subject with the help of dry spyrometer and to measure the peak flow rate.
